Autoplan Calendar - Vehicle Entry Form

For calendar eligibility, your vehicle must be:

• at least 25 years old
• collector, vintage or modified
• drivable
• in good condition

We accept vehicle entries year-round. Vehicles are selected by the end of April each year. All photos are kept on file (no need to re-apply). All photos that appear in the calendar are taken by a staff photographer.
