Note: In order to receive an application package for class of licence requested, you must meet certain eligibility requirements. Please review before requesting an application.

Eligibility Requirements:

Class 1	Class 4	Class 5/7	Class 6/8
Under 10 points on drivers record in last 2 years
Hold active class 1 Drivers licence for at least 3 years	Hold active class 4 unrestricted licence	Hold active class 5 licence for at least 3 years	Hold active class 6 licence for at least 3 years
Have at least 5 years total of full privilege driving experience	Held a class 5 licence for at least 3 years
