37 Appendix D - Enabling Cookies within the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser  
 
Note: If you are using the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser "Cookies" must be "enabled." The Cookies option is normally enabled automatically when your browser is loaded onto your PC. However, if not do the following:

Version - Internet Explorer 6
Purpose Enable the cookies within the Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 Browser
How to use · On the Internet Explorer tool bar click on View
  · From the View drop down menu click on Internet Options
  · Click on the Privacy tab
  · Move the slider to the medium setting position
  · Then click Apply and then Okay
How to get here Double click on the Microsoft Internet Explorer icon on your computer desktop

Version - Internet Explorer 5
Purpose Enable the cookies within the Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 Browser
How to use · On the Internet Explorer tool bar click on Tools
  · From the Tools drop down menu click on Internet Options
  · Click on the Security tab
  · Click on the Custom Level
  · Scroll down the Settings list until you reach the Cookies heading
  · Under Allow cookies that are stored on your computer click on Enable
  · Click Ok
